Two killed in Cole County crash
Troopers say two people were killed in crash in Cole County early Thursday.
The accident happened just after midnight at Tanner Bridge Road just south of Vida Lane.
Investigators say Rebecca Wolken, 44, and Mark Wolken, 46, both of Jefferson City, were killed in the crash.
Troopers say Rebecca was driving over the posted speed limit, failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road and flipped several times. Investigators also say neither were wearing seat belts and were thrown from the car.
