Mexico, Mo. man arrested for attack with a pool cue

A Mexico, Mo. man was arrested early Sunday morning at a Centralia bar for a fight and assault.

James Grooms, 46, was arrested after police say he attacked another man with a pool cue at Black Hog Saloon on Allen Street.

Grooms was still in the Boone County Jail on Sunday. He could face charges of armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, property damage and assault.
