MU Law School receives $1.57 million gift

The University of Missouri announced Thursday that it received a $1.57 million gift.

This gift comes from MU Law School alum Charles Wall.

The money will finance a new position in the law school called the “Wall Chair.”

MU Law School professor Thomas Lambert was given this position. He will research for the university and continue to teach classes.

Lambert said, “I pledge to do my best to ensure a lucrative return on the investment. I very much appreciate the support that I’ve gotten from my colleagues at the law faculty that I’ve gotten over the last decade.”
