Fulton police arrest chronic DWI offender

Fulton police stopped a vehicle on Highway 54 for going 100 mph in a 70 mph zone Sunday morning.

Police say the driver, identified as Larry Threlkeld, was intoxicated.

Threlkeld’s driver’s license was revoked and he had a felony warrant out of Callaway County for DWI-chronic offender.

Threlkeld was arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail with a bond of $60,300.

Threlkeld has four convictions for driving while intoxicated and will not be eligible to get his driver’s license back until 2021.
