Expansion Moves Forward

On Wednesday the Department of Economic Development announced an incentive package is in place for a Holts Summit company to expand.Pro Food Systems Inc. is adding 43 new jobs. The company is also planning to invest $6 million to construct a new headquarters facility. Pro Food Systems primarily markets and distributes Champs Chicken products. DED authorized an economic incentive package for the company that includes incentives from the Enhanced Enterprise Zone and Community Development Block Grant programs.
