Civil Suit Against Bustamante

Three years after 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten was killed, her family is taking legal action against her convicted killer and the psychologists who treated her.Olten’s mother has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Alyssa Bustamante and two Pathways Community Behavioral Healthcare employees. ABC 17 News is still waiting on the official court documents in the case, however Sunday, October 21st marked the three-year anniversary of Olten’s murder. The wrongful death suit was filed on October 18th.
