1/5: Bright but Chilly Sunday

Colder air will move over the region Sunday keeping our temperatures below average. Morning low temperatures will drop close to 20 degrees with afternoon highs only in the low-to-mid 30s with sunny skies. A northwesterly breeze near 10 mph will create wind chill readings in the teens early in the morning and in the 20s through the afternoon. Skies will remain clear Sunday night and low temperatures will drop into the upper teens to near 20 by early Monday morning.
