Man arrested for sending inappropriate messages to underage girl

A Fulton man could face charges after he’s accused of sending inappropriate Facebook messages to an underage girl. 19-year-old Michael Collins was arrested yesterday for sexual misconduct. The Boone County Sheriff’s Department started its investigation earlier this year after a concerned parent reached out. Investigators say he sent explicit photographs to a 14-year-old.
