An employee of the city of Fulton found three missing stone pieces of a sculpture at the dog park around 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Fulton police said. The pieces are from one of the bears on the Missouri State Seal sculpture displayed at the state hospital in Fulton. Police said the pieces were reported stolen Wednesday.
