A 16 year-old male juvenile wanted for a North St. Louis County murder was located and arrested in Columbia Wednesday afternoon. According to the Columbia Police Department, they received information September 30 about the juvenile from the North County Police Department. Excavation is set to begin next Monday on a stormwater project in Jefferson City where a sinkhole has been growing for a year. Jefferson City leaders are taking another step to improve the blighted East Capitol Avenue Area.
