UPDATE – 9:30 A.M.: Boone County deputies said they witnessed a 32-year-old woman hit a pedestrian near east Prathersville Road Wednesday night. They said Elizabeth Copus of Columbia fled the area when deputies tried to pull her over. The chase ended near Gregory Drive, where Copus was arrested. Boone County officials told ABC 17 News
