Police investigated two scenes where multiple shell casings were found in north Columbia on Monday afternoon. It is not yet known if the two are related. An amendment has been filed for the Knocker Ball lawsuit after a man was paralyzed in December of 2016. A Boone County man suffered severe injuries, including paralysis, after using the Knocker Ball product.
