Starting on Friday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol will be participating in Operation C.A.R.E C.A.R.E. stands for crash awareness and reduction effort. As soon as drivers start heading out for their holiday weekend plans, troopers will be stationed every 20 miles monitoring the traffic.
