Nearly 1,700 without power in Phelps, Pulaski counties after storms roll through area

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) There were nearly 1,700 electricity customers in Phelps and Pulaski counties without power on Friday afternoon after severe storms came through the area.
