Hannibal man charged after allegedly damaging a sprinkler causing flooding at Randolph County Jail

HUNTSVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ) A Randolph County prosecutor has charged a Hannibal man after he allegedly damaged a water sprinkler causing the flooding at the Randolph County jail.
