Columbia man charged after allegedly firing gun at man in December

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A Columbia man was charged on Thursday after he was accused of shooting at another man at a Columbia apartment complex on Dec. 12. Nicolas Rose, 26, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. He is being held at the Boone County Jail on a $40,000 bond.
