Police: One arrested in relation to shooting at Cosmo-Bethel Park

Former Columbia mayor dies

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A former Columbia mayor has died. A social media post from Bob Pugh’s granddaughter says he passed on Monday. He was 84. Pugh served as a City Councilman in Columbia from 1973-75. He was then the mayor from 1975-77 before becoming the CEO of MBS Textbook Exchange for more than 30 years.
