A Cole County man is dead after an ATV accident. Deputies tell ABC 17 News they responded to the accident in the 13700 block of East Bend Road Tuesday afternoon. That’s where they found 64-year-old Leonard Hoelscher under the ATV. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
