On Friday police released the identity of a woman who was just found dead inside a Moberly apartment. The body of Cybil R. Yates, 40, was discovered in a home on the 100 block of Haygood Street around 1 p.m. Thursday. An autopsy was also finished Friday, but police said toxicology tests are still pending.
