Flood precautions continue in Mid-Missouri

Flooding precautions continue in Mid-Missouri. Cooper County officials have thousands of sandbags and several truckloads of sand on standby to help stop floodwater. “At this point sandbags aren’t going to do a ton of good, unless the river continues rising to protect some of these structures,” said Larry Oerly, Cooper County Emergency Management Agency director.
