Damion Daniels, 28, was charged on Monday with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of armed criminal action. He is being held at the Boone County Jail without bond.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Roll cart distribution to Columbia residents began on Monday and according to a City Utilities spokesman, roughly 14% of customers have received their roll cart. Utilities spokesman Matt Nestor told ABC 17 News in an email that as of 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, 5,144 roll carts have been delivered. Distribution began on Monday.
