Fulton man accused of raping, assaulting woman

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A Fulton man was charged with several felonies after he allegedly raped and assaulted a woman on Oct. 16. Joseph Mazella, 39, was charged in Callaway County with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, second-degree domestic assault, third-degree domestic assault and misdemeanor fourth-degree domestic assault.
