CPS’ request for summary denied; lawsuit with Sells heads to jury trial in summer

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Wayne Sells’ lawsuit against Columbia Public Schools will have a jury trial. CPS filed a motion for summary judgement last week and was denied.
