Second snowstorm in less than a week covers Mid-Missouri roads
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A winter storm blanketed Mid-Missouri for the second time in a week overnight, shutting down schools and making travel hazardous. Snow began falling Thursday night and continued into Friday morning. The Columbia Regional Airport had measured 3.3 inches of new snow by 6 a.m. on top of accumulation already on the ground.
