The Miller County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Brumley residents Friday after investigating a report of child neglect. Shainiya Birdtail and Ronald Bowlin are facing charges of child endangerment, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. UPDATE: Columbia police confirm a 20-year-old man was shot in the 1500 block of Rolling Rock Drive at 11:51 p.m. Saturday. The man received life-threatening injuries.
