Moniteau deputies arrest man accused of having marijuana, drug paraphernalia

Moniteau County deputies arrested Michael Draffen on Thursday after officers conducted a traffic stop in Tipton. Deputies said they found marijuana, paraphernalia and controlled substances after they did a search of Draffen’s vehicle. Draffen was arrested and taken to the Moniteau County Jail.
