A Moberly man has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon after a man claimed William Stufflebean threatened him with a gun. According to the probable cause statement, the victim told officers that Stufflebean had convinced him to go for a ride. The victim said Stufflebean started talking about how his mom was upset.

Moniteau County deputies arrested Michael Draffen on Thursday after officers conducted a traffic stop in Tipton. Deputies said they found marijuana, paraphernalia and controlled substances after they did a search of Draffen’s vehicle. Draffen was arrested and taken to the Moniteau County Jail.
