CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a pilot and two people on the ground died when a small plane crashed into a Florida mobile home park. The Federal Aviation Administration says the pilot was flying alone in the single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza, and reported engine failure shortly before disappearing from radar near the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. The plane ripped apart one mobile home and destroyed a double-wide trailer in Clearwater’s Bayside Waters community. A neighbor tells The Associated Press that two women were inside the double-wide, the last of a group of 10 people who had been having drinks after a day of golf.
