* WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE…Benton, Camden, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Pulaski, Phelps,
and Dent Counties.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Where fog is dense and temperatures are below
freezing, some black
ice may form on roadways and other surfaces, especially elevated
surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
