MU Chancellor lights menorah at student center
Chancellor Alexander Cartwright lit a menorah at the student center at the University of Missouri on Monday night in celebration of Hanukkah.
Chabad Jewish Student Organization hosted the event, which included music, latkes and dreidels.
Monday marked the second night of Hanukkah.
Mizzou’s menorah is one of thousands of large public menorahs sponsored by Chabad throughout the world, according to the organization.
