Almeta Crayton Community Programs hosted its 21st Everybody Eats Community Thanksgiving Dinner Thursday at the Columbia Senior Activity Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Dinners were also served at three different locations this year, in addition to the main dinner at the Senior Center:

Oak Towers Paquin Towers Welcome Home

Volunteers will also be delivering meals to Harbor House, True North, Freedom House, University Hospital, Women & Children’s Hospital, and the Columbia Police Department.

“This event has become a community wide effort and has grown so much over the last 21 years,” said Almeta Crayton’s Community Programs Vice President Nick Raines.

They expect to serve more than 1500 people and families this year.
