Man on the run after Missouri Credit Union robbery

The Columbia Police Department responded to a reported robbery at Missouri Credit Union in the 100 block of E. Broadway on Tuesday afternoon.

“A white male entered MCU and demanded money from the tellers,” CPD spokesman Jeff Pitts said in a press release.

The suspect is described as being approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 280 pounds, wearing all black clothing with a hood and pink bandana covering his face.

He received an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene in a silver car. Police ended up at Lucky’s Market in search of the alleged robber but were unable to find him.

No one was hurt in the incident.
