McCaskill talks health care, Project Veritas in campaign stop

Democratic U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill stopped in Columbia on Friday for a campaign event titled “Your Health Care, Your Vote.”

The incumbent senator stressed getting out the vote to protect health care coverage and discused with reporters a campaign controversy after Project Veritas posted a hidden camera video of McCaskill campaign staffers. McCaskill has sought to tie her opponent, Republican Attorney General Josh Hawley, to the hidden camera operation.
