Police find man in Fulton Public Works break room

A Fulton man faces criminal charges after police found him in the employee break room of the Fulton Public Works Building early Thursday.

Police were called to the building at 1259 Brookside Drive for a business alarm at about 1 a.m. Officers found James Kuciejcik inside in the break room when they arrived, the Fulton Police Department said in a news release. He was arrested without incident.

Police found damage to the building’s exterior doors and tools they say Kuciejcik used to get into the building. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, possession of burglar’s tools, property damage, possession of drug paraphernalia and stealing.
