A man police used a stun gun on Thursday night at a convenience store has been booked into jail.

Eddie Crawley, 64, of Columbia, was booked into the Boone County Jail late Monday, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Department website. His bond had not been set and information about his case was not available in online court records.

Columbia police were sent thursday to the Break Time convenience store on Nebraska Avenue after getting calls of a disturbance. Crawley was jailed on suspicion of second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and resisting arrest.
