Mid-Missouri Business Week: New location of Addison’s set to open in south Columbia

The finishing touches are underway in the construction of the new Addison’s location.

The new restaurant will be located in south Columbia. The owners’ two other restaurants are the Addison’s downtown location and Sophia’s.

Co-owner Adam Dushoff said adding the new location in the southern part of the city is possible because of the demographics and driving and buying habits of their current guests.

Going outside the city, however, is not in the owners’ current plans. “We are insulated from the highs and the lows that a lot of other cities and areas of Missouri probably deal with,” Dushoff said.
