Woman seriously injured after golf cart crash in Camden County

LINN CREEK, Mo. (KMIZ)

A woman was seriously injured after a golf cart crash at the Golf Club at Deer Chase in Linn Creek Wednesday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, a 12-year-old girl was driving a golf cart down a steep hill when it hit a curve and overturned.

The crash caused Michele Eudy, 72, of Camdenton, to be ejected from the cart.

Eudy was taken by helicopter to University Hospital for treatment of her injuries. The juvenile was reported to have minor injuries.

An update from MU Health Care on Thursday morning reports that Eudy is in good condition.
