Lock leads Mizzou over Wyoming
The University of Missouri football team and its high-powered offense beat Wyoming, 40-13, on Saturday. The Tigers are 2-0 for the first time since 2015.
Quarterback Drew Lock was 33-45 passing for 398 yards and four touchdowns. The senior also ran for a touchdown in the second quarter. Lock threw all four of his touchdowns to four different receivers. The Lee’s Summit native now has 79 career touchdowns, which puts him in a tie for seventh all-time in SEC history. Lock is just three touchdowns shy of passing Eli Manning on the illustrious list.

Wide receiver Emanuel Hall had a career-high 10 catches for 171 yards and a touchdown. Johnathon Johnson and Albert Okwuegbunam each had seven receptions and a touchdown.

Mizzou’s defense had two sacks and forced one turnover. The Tigers also had seven tackles for loss. Linebacker Brandon Lee was ejected from the game in the third quarter after a targeting penalty. He will have to sit out the first half of MU’s next game.
