Calmer weather for Friday leading to a beautiful weekend

FRIDAY: Storms will end early this morning with only spot showers possible through the afternoon, behind a trailing cold front. Most areas will stay completely dry throughout the day under partly sunny skies. High temperatures will reach the mid to upper 80s Friday with northerly winds up to 10 mph.

TONIGHT: Some clouds will stick around this evening as temperatures drop into the upper 60s, which is seasonal for this time of year. Winds will be light out of the north up to 6 mph.

EXTENDED: For the weekend, Saturday looks dry with highs in the upper 80s. After a brief period of dry time this weekend, spot storm chances will increase Sunday late in the day, with the better chance of rain Sunday night into Monday. A cold front passes through Monday afternoon with decreasing rain chances.Tuesday looks mainly dry with only a spot shower chance.
