88-year-old seriously injured in rollover crash in Montgomery County

An 88-year-old is recovering from serious injuries after he crashed in Montgomery County Sunday morning, according to online Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports.

According to the report, Floyd Andrews, of Montgomery City, was heading north on State Road 161 around 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

Andrews traveled off the right side of the road about 5 miles north of Fordson Road, struck a sign, struck a ditch and then overturned, according to the report. Andrews was ejected from the vehicle.

The report said Andrews was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.

Andrews was not wearing a seat belt.
