Deputies respond to gas station for intoxicated driver
The Boone County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to the Break Time on Smiley Lane around 11 p.m. Friday night.
Deputies on scene told ABC 17 News they responded to someone driving while intoxicated and that person was not cooperating with authorities.
Deputies did not confirm if anyone was arrested, but ABC 17 News did see one person in the back of the patrol vehicle.
A tow truck also responded to the scene.
