Missouri Special Olympics take on Arrowhead

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The second annual "Evening with Andy Reid" was held Thursday for the Missouri Special Olympics at Arrowhead Stadium.

The athletes were welcomed to Kansas City by Coach Reid, Governor Mike Parson and some Chiefs players including former Mizzou Tiger Nick Bolton.

Reid sent a lot of support to the athletes currently at the USA games and Bolton discussed how he wants to use his platform to support the Special Olympics.

"These athletes are looking for an opportunity. They deserve an opportunity to grow, develop, compete and reach their full potential," Bolton said.
