Centralia man suspected of rape, sodomy
UPDATE 3:45 pm: Malloy has been charged with second-degree rape and second-degree sodomy.
According to the probable cause statement, Malloy forcefully removed the victim’s clothes and began to perform sexual acts on her. The victim told deputies she said “no” multiple times but Malloy would not listen.
ORIGINAL STORY: Boone County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Centralia man Wednesday after a 42-year-old woman reported he sexually assaulted her at his Westwind Drive home.
Christopher Malloy, 40, is being held on suspicion of second degree rape and sodomy that allegedly occurred just after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Malloy is in the Boone County Jail with a bond amount of $13,500.
