Fulton man indicted for statutory rape and endangering a child

A Fulton man has been indicted for statutory rape after he was accused of having sex with a child that was younger than 12-years-old.

According to the indictment, Ryan Raymond had sex with the victim between 2015 and 2016.

Raymond was also indicted for endangering the welfare of a child. He was accused of fleeing from police while driving at speeds in excess of 90 mph while the child was a passenger in the car.

According to public jail records, Raymond is in the Callaway County Jail.
