22-year-old sustains injuries after ejected from vehicle in Osage Beach crash

Osage Beach police responded to an injury crash on Wednesday along Osage Beach Parkway North.

Police said the crash happened when a Ford Explorer ran off the right side of the roadway, the driver over-corrected, which caused the car to overturn several times and ejected the driver.

Officers said the driver, Hailli Myers, was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Myers was transported to Lake Regional Hospital and later transferred to University of Missouri Hospital due to her injuries sustained in the crash.

Police said the crash is still under investigation.
