Firefighters struggle extinguishing residential fire because of low temperatures

Regional West Fire Protection District firefighters responded to the 8300 block of Kings Chapel Road on Tuesday afternoon for a residential structure fire.

Firefighters worked to put the fire out on the one-story ranch house, but crews were having a difficult time because the water lines were freezing up.

ABC17 crews are on scene working to find out what cause the fire and how much damage the structure sustained.
