Callaway County deputies arrest wanted man after foot pursuit

Callaway County deputies arrested Charles McMillin on Sunday afternoon after officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the 6000 block of County Road 325.

Deputies said when they came in contact with McMillin, he attempted to run away from officers, beginning a brief foot pursuit.

Officers said it was determined that McMillin was a wanted fugitive out of Cole County for a probation violation.

McMillin also faces possible charges of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

McMillin is currently being held in the Callaway County Jail with no bond.
