New burglary, drug charges filed against accused law enforcement impersonator

The Miller County prosecutor filed additional charges against Michael Huber Wednesday.

Huber was arrested and charged with false impersonation of a law enforcement officer and attempted burglary in early November.

The 30-year-old Eldon man was also charged with third-degree kidnapping in early October.

Prosecutor Ben Winfrey filed two counts of drug possession, second-degree burglary and stealing a motor vehicle.

ABC 17 News contacted the court and the prosecutor’s office for more information on these new charges. This article will be updated when that information is obtained.
