Chicago man accused of fraudulently trying to obtain drugs in Miller County

A Chicago man has been charged with fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance out of Miller County.

Deputies said in November they received a complaint of fraud from Sinks Pharmacy in Iberia. Brandon Warr, 25, was trying use a Springfield, Missouri’s doctors DEA control number to fraudulently obtain the controlled substance, officers said.

Warr was arrested by the Vienna Police Department.

Warr is also being charged with two counts of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance out of Maries County.
