Unseasonably warm weekend

FRIDAY: This morning will start chilly as temperatures continue to drop below freezing. By the afternoon we will see sunny skies and temperatures reaching into the mid 50s to upper 60s. Winds will stay under 10 mph from the south.

TONIGHT: We will see passing clouds as temperatures drop into the upper 30s by morning with southerly winds up to 8 mph.

EXTENDED: The first weekend of December looks nice as temperatures warm to near 60 Saturday and into the low to mid 60s Sunday. We’ll have sunny skies Saturday with some clouds moving in Sunday but it will stay dry. A cold front moves through Monday which will bring clouds and a chance of rain. Rainfall accumulation looks less than .50″ for most of mid-Missouri. Temperatures ahead of this front will reach the mid 60s on Monday but cooler air moves in by Monday night, leaving us with a seasonal day Tuesday with high temperatures in the upper 40s. Colder air moves in through the week with arctic air arriving by next weekend. High temperatures by Thursday will only reach into the 30s.
