Warm and dry conditions continue across Mid-Missouri
TUESDAY: It will be another springlike day across Mid-Missouri under mostly sunny skies. The breezy winds we saw through the day will come to an end as a cold front slowly tracks across the region. While no rain is expected we will see increasing clouds through the remainder of the day. A few sprinkles can’t be ruled out, but due to the dry nature of the atmosphere it’ll be hard to even see that. Highs will top out in the upper 60s continuing the trend of seeing temps nearly 20 degrees above average.
TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy skies will remain in place tonight as overnight lows drop slightly cooler into the low 40s. By Wednesday morning our southeastern counties could see a few light sprinkles, but most areas will remain dry through the overnight hours.
EXTENDED: The clouds will stick around and it will be cooler Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 50s. We’ll pick up a slight chance of showers Wednesday night into early Thursday morning as a storm system passes to our south but rain will be limited and amounts will be light, under a tenth of an inch. Thursday and Friday will be cool and dry with highs in the low to mid 50s and nights in the 30s. The first weekend of December looks nothing like winter as temperatures warm back into the mid 50s, reaching towards 60 on Sunday with plenty of sun and dry conditions.
